4th Consecutive Inc. 5000 Honor and Surge of New Business Mark FSOs' 5th Anniversary With Growth and Prosperity

"As an Inc. 5000 honoree, FSO now shares a pedigree with Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow and dozens of other notable recent alumni."

Good Morning Folks,

I am pleased to share that for the 4th time, Future State Outsourcing (FSO) has made the 34th Annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

As an Inc. 5000 honoree, FSO now shares a pedigree with Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow and dozens of other notable recent alumni.

This achievement truly puts FSO in rarefied company. Only a tiny fraction of the nation's companies have demonstrated such remarkably consistent high growth.

The press release is out this morning:

READ ALL ABOUT IT.

In addition, since the company’s launch in 2010, FSO signed a record-breaking number of accounts in all verticals and shows no signs of slowing down. To sustain this growth, FSO has invested in its infrastructure, people development, systems, and training

We are proud of our remarkably consistent high growth, particularly the distinction of making Inc. 5000’s list of the fastest-growing private companies in America for the 4th consecutive time. We have great expertise, experience, and DNA among our people. We also have a strong bond with our clients and great potential to discover the art of the possible together for mutual benefit.

A second press release is also out this morning:

READ ALL ABOUT IT.

With this surge of new accounts and also adding dozens to our family of AMLAW 200 clients, FSO has bested competitive relationships that go back for decades.

In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it took the extraordinary efforts of everyone in our organization to achieve this remarkable revenue growth, creating 725 new jobs last year alone.

We've built and grown his business with an emphasis on people: the hardworking, dedicated employees who care about doing a great job for our clients. Their commitment to servicing, exceeding the client’s expectations, noticing each detail, and having that SKIP, FIRE, TWINKLE is unique to the FSO family.

My dream of building the best outsourcing company in the world is unfolding before our eyes. Let's jump on board and be a part of the journey at the happiest place to work in the nation.

Love Life! I am looking forward to seeing you soon.

Seth Godin: (re)Radical aka (re) Imagine

"Does this place exist to maintain and perpetuate the status quo, or am I here to do the work that the radical founder had in mind when we started?"

Good Morning Folks,

I hope everyone had an amazing weekend - especially after an awesome week at FSO!

We had the second CHO Club last week - which was just amazing!!  (and we have the pictures to prove it)!

I along with the entire ELT LOVE nothing more than celebrating YOU, our valued employees!

Our company is growing and nothing is going to stop us. We are too strong. Focused. Passionate and committed to making FSO the number one on site outsourcing company on the planet.

The quest for growth is always powered by a thirst for change. Seth Godin, one of  marketing's brightest minds put it this way in a blog post this weekend:
(re)Radical  <aka (re) Imagine>
At the congregation down the street, they're doing things the way they've done them for the last few hundred years. Every week, people come, attracted by familiarity, by the family and friends around them, part of a tribe.
And just past that building is another one, a different tribe, where the tradition is more than a thousand years old.
This is not so different from that big company that used to be an internet startup, but all the original team members have long left the building. Work tomorrow has a lot in common with work yesterday, and the safety of it all is comforting.
Che, Jefferson, Edison, Ford... most of these radicals would not recognize the institutions that have been built over time.
The question each of us has to answer about the institution we care about is: Does this place exist to maintain and perpetuate the status quo, or am I here to do the work that the radical founder had in mind when we started?
First principles. The quest for growth, or for change, or for justice. The ability, perhaps the desire, to seek out things that feel risky.
All of us are part of organizations that were started by outliers, by radicals, by people who cared more about making a difference than fitting in.
Bravo to all those who won the invite to attend and to everyone else - the next one is 2 June 2015 - I want to see YOU there! Demonstrate the FSO skip, fire, twinkle...WOW! your client...be an awesome teammate....and you can win an invite!!

This is yet another step in making FSO the company we want to be. To be the happiest place to work and one of Americas greatest companies to work for.

Rock the week,

Love Springs Eternal at FSO (and did we remind you WE'RE HIRING?)

"If you have an idea, share your idea! Look to grow with the company! Do not be afraid to take the leaps necessary to help this organization grow—it will in turn help you grow as well."

Good Morning Folks,

I hope you had a great great holiday weekend. What a beautiful spring weekend :)

Lots of great things are happening as we welcome the longer and warmer days of spring into FSO.

We have worked together to build great momentum and are on the way to bigger and better things. Better infrastructure leading to better results, client satisfaction and more business opportunities. This all happened because of you – because each one of you care deeply about FSO and our customers.  Your professionalism, dedication and commitment are an inspiration to me and I have shared this feedback with many of you, both at HQ and in the field.

The most important thing about our business is our people (YOU). We believe the winning recipe to ensure that our clients are WOW!ed and love FSO, is to hire brilliant people, train & empower them, and recognize & reward them. And, last week was a great example of our commitment to this! We re-launched the monthly CHO Club (and it was an awesome event) and will have our first MIT management training session this Tuesday that will be led by Me! My sincerest congratulations and THANK YOU to everyone who was recognized....we are counting on our employees and YOU made a difference! Great job.

I am a strong believer in the power of positive energy. I have seen both in my personal and professional life that you can achieve great success and overcome adversity by finding positive aspect in every situation. As we head into the week, I ask each of you to take a moment to self reflect. Does your team know about all of the GREAT things that are happening at FSO? Do they know about all of the opportunities that are available for them to feel how valued they are to me and the entire ELT? Are you taking the time to talk and listen to your team? Are you training your team? Are you making it PERSONAL? Are you sharing this feedback with your director, the PSTeam, the ELT?

We are here for you...you have tons of support. Strong communications team - this is the key to our success!  FSO is a company that is all about coming up with the best possible solution to best support our clients. If you have an idea, share your idea! Look to grow with the company! Do not be afraid to take the leaps necessary to help this organization grow—it will in turn help you grow as well.

FSO: Built For The Future

"The power of FSO has ALWAYS been our people and your belief in my vision. FSO, as a company will never be a follower. Look how we can innovate when we all share our collective intelligence, passion and belief in the outcome!"

Good Morning Folks,

I am so happy it is Daylight Savings Time!! Warm weather and melting snow.... Yay!!

We are continuing to build our infrastructure to ensure that we are Built for the Future. Sharon and the entire finance team have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get our profits and cash processes and procedures in place, sales has a new playbook. Tom and the IT Team have implemented Salesforce, created BlueSky to give our clients more flexibility and mobility into the insights of running their businesses, and are working on many other exciting technology solutions.

People Solutions led by Kim  and with great assistance from Missy, Chelsea, Shalaine, Ethan, Don, Lori, Eddie, Brittany, Travis, Sabrina, Shantelle, Dominique, are turning out great programs from Future Leaders to CHO Breakfast to "the Box"

As a growing company, it is important for us at HQ to hear all your questions, comments and concerns so that we can better support the field. With that being said, the People Solutions team are asking you to keep your suggestions coming! We don’t know what we need to fix or improve unless we open our ears and eyes to you – the field! So we created "The Box". There are two options allow you to either send in a suggestion with your name attached to it OR anonymously!**

We are constantly asking our employees (YOU) for your opinions and thoughts because we CARE and we want you to know you have a voice. We value and appreciate each and every one of our employee’s suggestions & you can help us to create the happiest place to work. We want you to talk to us and share with us - your thoughts, your successes, your worries, your dreams, etc. What training do need and want to make you more successful and make our clients feel that WOW! factor?

We all too often get hung up on what is NOT working rather than what is; or those damn potholes that seem to never get fixed because we don't see the bigger picture. I have been humbled, proud and excited to see what the power of all of us brainstorming together has recently created.

The FSO culture is our differentiator, and one that I am so proud of! As I travel the field it is so great to see and experience all of our awesome employees who truly demonstrate the FSO spirit of hard work, dedication, and loyalty with the skip, fire, twinkle, and smile that is expected. Great job and Thank You!

The power of FSO has ALWAYS been our people and your belief in my vision. FSO, as a company will never be a follower. Look how we can innovate when we all share our collective intelligence, passion and belief in the outcome!

In case you missed it here are links to two important communications we released last week.
We have great stories in the February Newsletter featuring our profiles of our rising starts and account wins at Voya, Nixon Peabody (the 69th largest law firm in the United States) and the competitive displacement at Medimmune."  READ all about it HERE!
Since the early 1990s, ceo profiles by Jeff Zbar in Advertising Age, Entrepreneur, Inc., Business Journal, and the South Florida Sun-Sentinel are legendary, Jeff recently sat down with me for an extensive interview to discuss FSO's rapid growth and how we are driving towards a prosperous future with a personal, passionate and productive culture and a focus on creating jobs and career opportunities for the "hourly demographic" that others have left behind. READ all about it HERE!
As we enter this new and critical business week, lets remember to stay focused, united as a team and 100% positive that we will achieve success. If you believe it, you will achieve it!

Have a GREAT DAY!

Mitch Weiner Interviewed By Insider Report: "Outsourced Services With Relentless Customer and Employee Engagement – and the Pursuit of Happiness"

This “forgotten demographic” is not forgotten or overlooked by me. In fact, I was who they are.”

Good Morning Folks,

Since the early 1990s, bylines, blogs, executive biographies and recurring columns by Jeff Zbar have been published published in scores of regional and national publications and websites, including Advertising Age, Entrepreneur, Inc., and Herman Miller’s JuggleZine, Florida Trend, Writer’s Digest, the South Florida Business Journal, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Jeff recently sat down with me for an extensive interview to discuss FSO's rapid growth and how we are driving towards a prosperous future with a personal, passionate and productive culture and a focus on creating jobs and career opportunities for the "hourly demographic" that others have left behind.

In the interview, I give Jeff my philosophy on the things that have made me successful having started and built three outsourcing companies, managing tens of thousands of employees in thousands of America's most recognized brands.

In the piece Jeff writes, "Once a David to corporate Goliath’s,Weiner’s promise to deliver personal, passionate and productive service has earned FSO the 24th spot on Crain’s Fast 50 list of the 50 fastest-growing privately held companies in the New York area and earned inclusion in the Inc. 500|5000 ranking of the fastest growing companies in the United States for three consecutive years.

Concludes Zbar, "Weiner’s made a career pulling these individuals, whom he calls his “Rising Stars,” from obscurity into the glow of personal success. Weiner will always be that guy in the space who cares enough to take care of the hourly employee from the middle manager down. Big companies are too big to care – to teach these employees, to embrace them, to help them create lasting careers.”

I very much appreciate this recognition and Jeff's taking the time to speak with customers and employees. He has accurately captured my business plan: Always improve the customer’s business – no matter what; always take care of our people, through better incentives, training and career pathing; and always deliver added value to the customer.

As the article makes clear, we've built and grown his business with an emphasis on people – the hardworking, dedicated employees who care about doing a great job for our clients.

Know that I am personally invested and CARE about every person in our company. It is part of the personal touch that sets us a part in this industry and in business compared to most.

Believe in yourself, work hand and know that anything is possible and I will work as hard as you to ensure that all of your dreams come true.

You are all winners in my book. Shine on.

Have a GREAT Day and please send in the sun shine!

Love Life!
