Specifically during our vendor presentations for the  Video Imaging project two weeks ago she was great in both helping the many guests and solving  some of the A.V. issues we experienced. Know this has been a transitional period for 200, and her solid work daily supporting us at the reception desk is appreciated by Original Content."

Kudos to Carolyn

"Carolyn exemplifies the FSO spirit. She is always in a great mood, always delivers excellent service to her clients, is loved by her clients, has been with the site 10+ years, and has PERFECT attendance the entire time she has worked for me. Great job and keep it up!"

The Team At a Global Political Organization...

"I want to thank each and every one of you for the excellent team work that led to the success of our event on Procurement for Women's Economic Empowerment, Friday afternoon. The seamless cooperation between all three of our business units - Development Business, Publications and the Bookshop - was remarkable. It is an important topic to work on and agenda to push forward. You can all be proud of your contribution."

THANKS for all you do each and every single day. Your contagious enthusiasm and cheerful smiles engage senses, touch hearts and start the day pleasantly for everyone you meet.

To other companies reading this: Rewards are both earned and learned... so spread it on thick. Love on your workforce when they deserve it .... they will surely want to repeat the experience. As Richard Branson says: "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers."

For employers, building a culture of happiness is key to cementing their brand’s success. We look forward to giving YOU your own “Shout Out” coming soon to a Wednesday near you.

Have a GREAT day,

Shout Out Wednesday: Meet True Representatives of Team Spirit— Support ing One Another And Own Their Roles

"We would like to shout out Tyler and Sarah for their consistent “can do” attitude, quick delivery on request and especially with a smile. Thank you for going above and beyond and appreciate everything they do for the two buildings."

Good Morning Folks,

We are on a roll! The success we’ve seen is truly amazing, and our ability to attract, train, develop and retain great talent and leadership has never been stronger.

While many companies are struggling to retain and find great talent, all while facing the difficulty of managing a four-generational workforce under one roof (Xs, Ys, Boomers, and Millennials), we excel at attracting and retaining inspired and passionate people with performance-based rewards and opportunities for advancement.

That in mind, welcome to Shout Out Wednesday. Here are some of things our clients are saying about our motivated, team oriented, passionate people:

"Hector is an outstanding Manager. He runs a great operation that covers 2 states and 3 buildings. Lately he has been short staffed but has not skipped a beat. He has been able to lead his team thru a touch staffing challenge without service interruption or impact to our clients. Great work Hector!"

"Kudos given to Rosalie Morales- she’s been with FSO since October and her teammates could not say enough nice things about her- she’s terrific and LOVES FSO! We are truly impressed and couldn’t stop smiling throughout the lunch- really something to be proud of!"

"I wanted to send along a note of thanks to you for your event support this morning.

Our IPO Conference was extremely successful and much of this success was thanks to you and your team!

I jumped into this event very last minute and communicated all of our needs likely without ample time to plan appropriately and was never given a "we can't accommodate"!

The auditorium was set-up early, your staff was all-over every single detail and we were ready to go with time to spare!

These things make all the difference and I am extremely grateful for all that you and your team do!"

I work on the 13th floor as part of the FSR - PE Group and I wanted to drop you a note regarding the awesome job Kimberly did while helping me out earlier this week with some issues I had.

I was experiencing some difficulties regarding permission to maintain usage of my file drawer. I received several emails over the span of two weeks indicating that I was at risk of having all my belongings removed and immediately within 15 minutes of notifying Kimberly, she was able to clarify the situation with security services and allow me to maintain usage of my drawer worry free.

I am very grateful for her assistance "

Jose has shown us that he has our DNA , Skip, Fire and Twinkle, always ready and willing to go above and beyond with no stop sign in front of him, Jose has signed up for multiple trainings, Mailroom and records, and looking to do more in his role here at FSO.

"Deep and sincere thank you to Denise for helping me yesterday. Today was our IPO conference with a large number of potential clients expected to attend. I received a last minute email yesterday informing me that I needed to create an additional 100 Thought Leadership Pieces for the conference. Denise actually stepped in to help me put these pieces together just in time for the conference this morning. Could not have done this without her help! Thank you, very much appreciated!"

One of the things Myles did for Employee Recognition Day! What better way to let your team know you appreciate all the hard work they do, than with a candy gram. “Thank you for going the Extra mile” Also, As part of the all day employee love fest, Joe bought the whole team lunch! Way to go Joe!

"Clamann knows what to do at the start of his shift and without hesitation will help support the Service Center to deliver supplies, deliver mail & accountable or make copies.  Clamann is a real team player.  Thank you, Clamann."

For employees, forging a fulfilling career is one of the most important — and often, most difficult —challenges in building a happy life. For employers, building a culture of happiness is key to cementing their brand’s success. When these interests converge, the result is a sense of belonging through shared values and an intangible, emotional belief that we are on a shared journey.

Again, thank for all that you do! The next time you see any of the folks above, please give them a “Shout Out” – for job well done.

We look forward to give YOU your own “Shout Out” coming soon to a Wednesday near you.

Have a GREAT day,

Love Life!

Shout-Out Wednesday: Kudos Abound For FSO's New Service— Floor Host

"It's nice to see that team representatives help each other and work together"

==> Introducing A New FSO Service: Floor Host

FSO is pleased to announce the launch of Floor Host, an innovative new hospitality service designed to create a better experience for the employees and guests of our clients.

Born from our long-standing relationship with the world’s #1-ranked professional service firm, our Floor Hosts are strategically positioned to provide information and direct assistance while interfacing with all other office services. Some examples of a Floor Host’s responsibilities:

Optimization of meeting room and workspaces making sure space that is booked is used and advocating for the firm’s hoteling culture and mobile way of working

  • Real time support for meetings on all floors, checking in with meeting organizers before meetings begin, providing a point of contact for additional support
  • Visible support, on the floors, for guests and visitors, focused on connecting them with the right people/resources to get what they need

Said Mitch Weiner, Founder, CEO and Chief Happiness Officer at FSO, "At FSO, the customer experience is our greatest differentiator. The cornerstone of our strategy has been "Let’s (re) IMAGINE" which capitalizes on a unique visionary skill that allows us to see something that does not currently exist, not just more of the same of what you have right now. With Floor Host, we enable possibilities previously out of reach."

FSO's Floor Hosts help bring your brand values to life and make guests more warmly welcomed.

In addition to the world’s #1-ranked professional service firm, FSO has created (re)IMAGINED Hoteling and Hospitality Services for clients including the #1 advertising agency, #1 sports marketing firm, #1 big-8 accounting firm, #1 consultant, and many of the AMLAW 200 legal leaders.

And our clients have embraced it. Hear it direct from them:

"I just wanted to let you know that Denise & Melissa have been doing a great job here on the 15th floor. They have been attentive and happy to help out when needed."

"I'm just sending this note to say that the floor representative for the 14th floor, Kimberly, is awesome. She is so helpful and always makes rounds to check to see if I or anyone else needs any assistance. She is always very polite and professional and always has a smile.  It's very nice to have her on the team / floor."

"I also want to mention that floor representative, Denise, stops by also and she is also always very polite and professional with a smile. It's nice to see that team representatives help each other and work together. You have a great team.

"Rosie and I received much needed assistance yesterday from Denise & Kimberly in putting together a last minute event on the 14th floor. With their assistance we met the deadline for our event and were able to finish on time.

"Melissa has been a superb addition to the Floor Host team. She proves a warming sense of hospitality to the clients on her floor. A perfect example of this is the love and admiration Melissa receives time and time again from internal clients and visitors alike. Case in point by abundance of kudos she has received since the onset of the program."

"Just wanted to point out that Denise gets things done efficiently and promptly and I really appreciate having her service the 16th floor."

"I'm reaching out to you to provide my feedback on our Floor Host, Jessica. Jessica is always very friendly, helpful and responsive. We appreciate how she handles our requests with the utmost courtesy and fast turnaround. She is also very diligent with making sure under utilized conference rooms are released for others to use. She is a star on the 8th floor.

"I wanted to comment that I've been very pleased with Khajuaan, who has been very helpful. He stops by my desk to see if I need anything, and helped me with a project. I see that he goes around the 7th Floor looking for issues, and puts tickets into the database as called for.  In addition to being responsible and responsive, he is a very pleasant person to deal with!"

Shout-Out Wednesday: Prepared, Ready and Eager to Rise To The Challenge

"Our hero, with military background, shook it off as "it was OK, and we see a lot as Concierge."

Good Morning Folks,

Jiovan is our hero today. On the job at a financial institution, he was talking someone when a seizure came on them. He did a good job, maintained his composure and called for assistance.

Coincidentally, our client is having CPR/ED training next week. Jiovan expressed interest to participate so they got him a spot. Now both FSO and its client are making a commitment to his development.

This isn't the first time one of our heroes came to the rescue. Back Shout-Out columns have plenty of other examples like the case of our Miguel, who encountered a suicide attempt while on the job at a luxury building we serve.

It was an attempted suicide. This was not an episode of "what would you do?... There was no John Quiñones to come out from behind the camera. Miguel didn't believe what he was seeing and took a moment to get his head straight. What he did next saved not just the woman (Mom) but the unborn and the 2 year old toddler. The woman intended to get in her car and when Miguel confronted her, she pleaded to allow her to get to her car to go to hospital. Miguel was, oh no you don't, he grabbed her wrist as a human tourniquet and made her sit down. She tried to convince him to let her go and get in her car but he took control and had another associate call 911 and get EMTs out. Miguel kept her awake as she repeatedly passed out.

EMTs arrived and took her away to hospital and Miguel, if you didn't do what you did, she would have bled out in 4 mins. If she had made the car, it could have cost her a lot more than her and her unborn.

The woman was OK and back yesterday at the building and her husband couldn’t have been more grateful to Miguel.

Miguel, with military background has kind of shook it off as "it was OK, and we see a lot as Concierge."

These two case studies exemplify the true culture perspective of our company. It's what we do. It's these things that separate us from everyone else. It's in our DNA! This isn't who we say we are. It's innate in our culture. It's what we expect. The only thing different here is the individuals that needed help. As a group, we are prepared, ready and eager to engage.

Our people are skilled, trained and ready to handle all tasks at hand. Our cross-training and programs in place are essential to our clients success.Together, as a company we are capable of great things.

We get great results when we have the right people in place who have solid relationships with our clients.

To those applauded, today CHEERS to you and THANK YOU for working tirelessly to deliver Service Extraordinaire with a smile. I am so proud of all of you, and to count you among the FSO family. Keep up the great work!!

Have a great day and thanks for being a part of our amazing journey.

It's Wednesday: That Mean's It's Time For a Shout Out To Our Stars

"Maria is an outstanding employee who is always pleasant, and goes out of her way to help me. She is thoughtful, and I can rely on work that she gives me to be done accurately and correctly."

Good Morning Folks,

Our clients love what we are doing for them.

When they take time to write like this it is testament to what I've been saying all along: FSO has a unique and unstoppable passion to exceed our clients expectations. Our culture is what defines us: Personal, Passionate & Productive. We have a proven business model that is key. We strive each and every day to not only meet expectations, but to exceed them. Our teams are hospitality driven individuals, recruited from brands where white glove service is required.

From our ownership team, support staff, subject matter experts... to our on-site folks, our focus is to come to work every day thinking of ways to (re)IMAGINE a better experience for you and your guests.

Here are some of the amazing things our clients are saying about our motivated, team-oriented, passionate people. I am honored to be in the company of all mentioned.

Compliments From The World’s #1 Ranked Professional Service Firm
"Forwarding handwritten note from client's HR Managers, sent along with a Box of chocolates for our Admin Staff. They continually provide excellent service on a daily basis to this firms' employees:

Angela
Shanise
Michael
Luz
Michael M
Kimberly
Jasmine
Nakeisha
Darryl
Khajuaan
Fariyal
Maria

Kimberly
"This young lady clearly takes her job seriously and enjoys what she is doing.  She greets me and my colleagues every morning with a smile and "how are you today? Can I do anything for you? Do you need anything?" Kimberly has been extremely diligent in making sure that we are covered with paper daily; so much so that she recently walked the floor with one of the office services managers because there was a discrepancy as to why she was putting tickets in for the paper. What the office services manager saw was that she was justified in initiating the ticket and further, she was trying to understand why the floor ambassador said he had  supplied paper that morning, yet there was none/limited when the office services manager showed up. We need a few more like her; it makes the rest of our jobs much easier."

Jasmine
"We had a VIP group (our competitors) for a meeting and it got a bit chaotic as the power around the table was not working and some of the guests wanted chairs that were adjustable.  I kept running back and forth to Jasmine for help and although I know she wanted to throw me out the window (smile), and this is not her job, she was very pleasant,  approachable and was quite helpful in reaching out to others to get us organized. So on that note, thank you so very much. It means so very much to have had you there to help."

Nikeisha
"Nikeisha you are amazing !! Not only for this. You always go far and beyond of your work."

Darryl
"On Tuesday, December 8, 2015 Audit Partner Larry hosted an all day Client Meeting in Conference Room 23302.

I was assisting Radian EA Barbara. A bare white table was set up and we requested a table cloth. We were pleasantly surprised to received a white cloth with the our logo from Darryl.

It was greatly appreciated by the client -- received a lot of compliments, in fact.

Thank you for letting us use the tablecloth for the client. Is really a pleasure to work with you!!"

Denise
"I am a new RMO Sr Manager in Risk Assurance and wanted to let you know that Denise came to my office today to see if I had gotten my screen as someone had taken it from my office. I told her that I got the new one and i had to go pick it up at the mail room.

She was very helpful by going downstairs and picking up my monitor vs me doing it. She offered to help me get it and i really appreciate the effort she put on her part as I was really busy this week to pick it up. So kudos to her for being very helpful.

Khajuaan
I wanted to comment that I've been very pleased with Khajuaan, who has been very helpful.  He stops by my desk to see if I need anything, and helped me with a project.  I see that he goes around the 7th Floor looking for issues, and puts tickets into the database as called for.  In addition to being responsible and responsive, he is a very pleasant person to deal with!
Thanks for listening,

Fariyal
"Just wanted to write a note to let you know how helpful Fariyal was this morning.  Unfortunately, we forgot to reserve a conference room for a client meeting. We tried to reach the meetings and event group As we all ran around crazy (calling Mike, running to the office of the meeting and events group) I asked Fariyal for her help and she was extremely pleasant and was able to guarantee us a room."

Maria ... At One Of The Oldest Law Firms In Continuous Existence In The United States, Specializing In Banking
"Maria is an outstanding employee who is always pleasant, she goes out of her way to help me. She is thoughtful ,and I can rely on work that she gives me to be done accurately and correctly. I would highly recommend her as employee of the month in fact the year."

Edward, Anthony & Davidson at AMLAW 200 Firm
"I walked in last week while Davidson was crawling under a desk – Witnessed it myself. Great team and Davidson definitely leads by example"

"I also wanted to drop you a note to make you aware of the awesome security staff you have. On Saturday evening, 12/5,  around 7PM I received a call from my cousin who had a car accident in Connecticut on his way home to Boston. Fortunately he was unharmed but his car was not drivable. He was forced to take Metro North back to Manhattan and when her arrived he called me. He was on 42nd and Lexington avenue with 2% power on his phone and did not know what to do. I called the security desk (X3333) and told them the situation and asked if they could help him out. They were very nice and welcomed him into the lobby, charged his phone, allowed me to speak with him over their line until I was able to pick him up and take him to a bus.

I really appreciate the kindness they showed him. Please thank the officers that were on duty that evening. I don't recall their names but they did go above and beyond to help him when he was in a bind. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALWAYS COMING THROUGH -  WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!"

Thanks fort taking the time to write to me about these gifted employees. I am always eager to hear more about how we are doing.

The PERSONAL touch AND CARE that our clients complimented us on…this is what sets us apart; this is why we are blowing the competition out of the water every chance we get, this is why our employees LOVE FSO and feel the connection to us!

Cheers FSO USA!!!!

Shout-Out Wednesday: Kudos To The Nation's Best Outsourcing Team

"The level of service that I have received has been outstanding to say the least. He is one of those folks that you look forward to seeing and always know that he has your back and is willing to work with you under high pressure deadlines."

Good Morning Folks,

FSO entered into strategic partnerships with clients to (re)IMAGINE non-core functions including Reception, Guest Services, Hoteling, Copy/Reprographics and Records, so enabling our clients to concentrate on their core competency of creating value for THEIR customers.

In a time of rapid business change and disruption, FSO has been able to make a positive and powerful impact on our client's bottom line. Every day our hospitable teams across the USA helps clients improve service, reduce cost and take better care of the people who help make it possible.

Today we hear directly from client management about some of the AWESOME ways our motivated, team oriented, passionate people supported them in the month of November.

Manager at Wireless giant
"Every training session with you is always a delight for me and I’m sure the rest of attendees would agree. In this particular session, I really got a lot of it I’d been reading effective time management articles lately and  your training session tied it all together for her. Especially with my new position as manager of facilities in Atlanta. Great timing on FSO’s part. I needed this!"

Brian/Tyler at a Wireless giant
"I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate Brian AKA Tyler. He has been a tremendous asset to the Canyon Pointe campus. Every time we ask him to support us with anything he is right there willing to jump in and help us! He always has a great attitude and excellent customer service."

Nikeisha, on the case for us largest professional services firm in the world, and one of the Big Four auditors...
"Hat's off to Nikeisha" for the quality work you have consistently done to help my partner, Lillian, and I book rooms, modify reservations, "brainstorm" & prepare for her events. I know this is probably something you do frequently, but it's really great to have someone knowledgeable and helpful to complete things correctly and on time, and to work professionally with us. You have been a huge help and I hope you will forward my email to your supervisor so that he/she knows you are making a difference."

From an AMLAW 200 Firm... for the work we did helping them set up an event for a non-profit client of theirs..
"Thank you so much for your help coordinating our graduation yesterday! You made my job so much easier and really helped the event run smoothly! I hope you didn’t have to stay too late with clean up."

Mary, reception at Luxury Building
"I just wanted to pass along some feedback from a resident regarding Mary at the front desk. He wanted to compliment her on a job well done a few weeks back. Apparently there was quite a ruckus after an event at VB3 and several intoxicated people were blocking the entrance to our parking garage and causing a disturbance at the back entrance to the building. The resident said while he was attempting to get into the garage he witnessed Mary dispersing the crowd and taking control. He said she did a wonderful job of managing a very difficult situation. The resident said he often sees her in evenings and she is a pleasure." Always nice to get some positive feedback! Thanks to Mary for a job well done.

Jamie- on the job at a Washington DC think tank...
"I just wanted to take a minute to highlight how talented Jamie is. I think too often we take for granted how lucky we are to have her here. As you know, we are extremely family oriented. We care about the FSO staff very much. Jamie in particular has quite the fan club here. Jamie is passionate about her job and takes it very seriously. In my opinion, her professionalism and talent have grown tremendously just in the time I have worked with her these past 10 months. It has been a pleasure to not only work with her in the Conference Center but to also get to know her on a personal level."

"Though I receive positive feedback about Jamie fairly regularly, this email is inspired by this morning’s events. A group of ours had been in one of our meeting rooms and Jamie noticed that this staff person was trying to squeeze extra chairs in at the table. Turns out, this group had grown overnight and consequently had outgrown this particular space. Jamie took it upon herself to find a larger room available. Not only did she prove that she knows how to use our meeting scheduling program efficiently and effectively (which I had never seen her do), she also moved all the tent cards, catering, and even took care of the microphones on her own – all before I had made my way upstairs at 7:45am!! She saw a challenge, she found a solution and she reacted quickly. She is a catering ROCKSTAR!"

"As soon as I got upstairs she told me with confidence what had happened. A few minutes later a member of our IT staff commented how pleasantly surprised she was that Jamie even knew how to maneuver the technology in the meetings rooms and did exactly what I would have done. Shortly after that, the staff  lead for this meeting came up to me to commend Jamie for her hard work. She was so grateful that Jamie was able to think on her feet and accommodate her. I believe her closing statement was 'we all just LOVE Jamie because she is the best!'"

"She couldn’t be more right. We do love Jamie. This is just one of the many times Jamie has stepped up to the plate and handled something with ease, accuracy and professionalism. She truly deserves to be recognized for all she does, more than our many praises ACC wide."

Yoshi, working for us at the Chicago headquarters of the world’s leading independent audit, tax and advisory firm...
"Our Team managed a very important Japanese Business Professionals Event.  A prospect client of GT was very impressed with the level of service we provided for them.  This included staying late to provide white glove bar service for the group. Thank you for your help during the event yesterday.

"Starting from cleaning the area where we had the event and escorting the guests to our event space, then making sure if we needed anything, and we got great help even after the event while we were hanging out at the fireplace area!  It was great to show our hospitality to external guests, and not only the guests but we were very impressed.  We couldn’t do well like that without your help."

Stephen and Jimmy at Boston Headquarters of AMLAW 200 leader...
"I just wanted to say that I have seen a HUGE improvement to Boston Records!!! I want to particularly single out Stephen and Jimmy!!!!    They are unbelievable!  When you ask for labels, you get them right away! I also ask for stacks of files and I feel that the lists are shorter than ever. The requests are done quickly and efficiently."

Richard at the NJ branch offices of the above-mention AMLAW 200 leader
"Just want you to know how valuable Richard is to the IP group.   He keeps the files in order and gets files whenever needed right away. The group is conducting a patent review and Richard downloaded and checked over 800 or more patents. Today he is downloading more patents for another freedom-to-operate search. The IP group keeps him very busy.  He also files correspondence in the files and rearranges the files on the shelves when needed. The file room is in good order. He is very thorough and careful with work given to him and is very pleasant."

To all the FSO employees that clients took note to brag about, THANK YOU for working tirelessly to deliver Service Extraordinaire with a smile. Keep up the the EXCELLENT work!

From logging in the package to completing the sweep to standing up and greeting every guest coming to us for assistance with a big hospitable smile, clients can count on us because we can count on you.

All of you are out in the field and have the power to make an incredible impact and a difference in the wealth and success of others.

I look forward to hearing more stories from our clients how our team has made a difference.

IT IS YOU that makes FSO who we are. Love Life!

Shout Out Wednesday: And The Praise Keeps Coming For Our Talented Rock Stars

"I wanted to be sure I thanked each of you for your assistance with setting up for the 3D holiday display  yesterday. It really means a lot that you were all so willing to get things done fast and efficiently."

Good Morning Folks,

It seems like only yesterday I was getting calls about how the service in the legacy outsourcing companies that I had built, had fallen short, which began picking up the back of a napkin as a blank canvas to doodle my ideas on how I could come out of retirement and do it right.

Since then not only have we become the fastest growing company in all of outsourcing, but so far in 2015, as companies everywhere and even our competitors are cutting back and being spun off, we've hired over 200 employees, added major accounts inn dozens of cities to our ever expanding national roster of clients.... and best of all we promoted several of our Future Leaders to support our budding infrastructure!! FSO is truly embarking on something remarkable.

It's said that great leadership seems easy when things are good and everybody's happy. When times grow tough, however, a leader's true colors are revealed.

And what a challenging time for those true colors to shine with the severe weather all around us. But as you'll see from the comments below, when clients needed a true strategic partner they could count on, they counted on us. And we delivered.

Here are some of the AWESOME things our clients said about our motivated, team oriented, passionate people in the month of November… Keep up the EXCELLENT work!

"Thanks for all of your help with Hillary Mandel’s meetings today. It’s hard to plan things from another location but helpful to have you working on our team. We really appreciate it!"

To our Mary at NYC HQ of Major Retailer..
I just wanted to pass along some feedback from a resident regarding Mary Mellado. He wanted to compliment her on a job well done a few weeks back. Apparently, there was quite a ruckus after an event at VB3, and several intoxicated people were blocking the entrance to our parking garage, causing a disturbance at the back entrance to the building. The resident said that, while he was attempting to get into the garage, he witnessed Mary dispersing the crowd and taking control. He said she did a wonderful job of managing a very difficult situation. The resident said he often sees her in the evening, and she is a pleasure. It is always nice to get some positive feedback! Thanks to Mary for a job well done."

To Angila, Cherise, Alejandro, and Michael at AMLAW 200 Firm in Newark, NJ
"I just want to thank you for the wonderful job done by the FSO staff on the very large reproduction job with lots of exhibits. No explanation was needed."

To Stephen and Jimmy, Boston Records Team – At The Boston HQ of the Above Referenced AMLAW 200 Firm
"I just wanted to say that I have seen a HUGE improvement to Boston records! I want to particularly single out Stephen and Jimmy!! They are unbelievable! When you ask for labels, you get them right away! I also asked for stacks of files, and I feel that the lists are shorter than ever. The requests are done quickly and efficiently."

Whether a salesperson, an experience associate, a records manager, an informationalist, or messenger, what makes our folks so special is their ability to think beyond their daily tasks and think like our clients.

"What would the client want? What do they need? How could i be more proactive in their eyes? How could i really impress them?"

Do you know? Have you asked? Or are you assuming?  A true partner who never stops looking out for you, who takes that extra second to ask and then ACTS!

Never lose the passion, the smile and what makes you special but put yourself in our clients shoes and get to know what they might be thinking!

All of you are out in the field and have the power to make an incredible impact and a difference in the wealth and success of others.
