Good Morning Folks,
I chatted with a salesman named Bill at the game last weekend, then we ran into each other again at the airport for the flight out and he gave me not one, but a stack of business cards.
On the back of each of the ten business cards were "points" that serve as daily reminders to himself and his employees. I thought they were fantastic and wanted to share.
==> Be Nice, Smile
==> Be Courteous, Use Please and Thank you "It's my pleasure"
==> Be Efficient
==> Learn More Product Knowledge
==> Use Good Judgement: Freedom to make decisions
==> Never Criticize for Doing to much: Only criticize for doing too little
==> Please the extended Family
==> Provide Hassle Free Buying
==> Go Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
==> Perform Outstanding Acts of Heroism
Some may say these are simple concepts but I think its a great idea to push and instill these ideas on a daily basis.
We take many of these for granted and most of us lose our focus after days and weeks in the daily grind.
But our love for our clients and staff will never be compromised, and I could not be more excited to continue to support fulfilling your dreams
