I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the mailroom for doing an incredible job each and every day.  There are so many areas of focus that your team shoulders, including but not limited to:
-Mail pick-up, drop-off-Re-stocking the kitchen (coffee, milk, other supplies, cleaning counters, etc.)-Being available each and every time we have a food delivery, escorting the delivery person from the freight, helping with the setup, providing tables for the food in a conference room, and more-Stocking all paper for the copy rooms, as well as the shared printers on each floor-Delivering supplies of all kinds – everything from staples, paper clips, binders, and anything else we need-Responding to Fiery printer issues, calling the technician, escorting the technician upon arrival-Escorting any delivery such as cases of bottled water, ensuring proper set up/storage-Ordering supplies if we are out of something specific-Unpacking 30+ boxes at a time when deliveries come with items such as our Univision premiums that have to be properly stored-Helping with last-minute crisis, setups, supply issues, trouble shooting
On top of all of that, every person on your team has done an amazing job of dealing individually with us. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for Anthony because he stops by every day before 5pm to ensure that I am all set for the day, and asks me if I need anything else on his last round. I have always had great interaction with each of your team members. They are friendly, helpful, resourceful, and they always offer to help in any way they can.  

We have so many responsibilities, and I am so grateful for you and your team, how you have come alongside of us and helped us in so many ways – well beyond the list that I mentioned above. I truly do count on you all as an integral part of our Univision team.  And, I know that you are not just handling the 8th floor, you are handling all of Univision here at 605 Third Avenue. That is truly impressive!  I know that sometimes when things run smoothly it goes unnoticed or under-appreciated, so I wanted to take a moment to let you know how thankful I am. "Just wanted to say that Phil Oriente was a huge help last night.  We had an issue getting a freight delivery of the mugs for this morning’s event and he jumped through hoops to get the delivery here and arrange for a service to get them to Jersey.  He ended up staying here until 10pm to make sure everything arrived and was brought to the 8th floor.  While they were just mugs, and seemingly not the most critical thing, they made a tremendous impact with staff this morning and really helped make the 150th event a success. I’ve learned that an executive can spend thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours on assessments and studies, but that doesn’t cover the unique needs, desires and ambitions of every individual working for you. In the world of motivation and engagement, it’s important to remember that all business is an interaction between people.

On that note, my commitment to everyone is that as we grow together we always bring a personal touch to business. Our love fest for our employees and clients is the only way to properly grow our business, and I will continue to take care of the people who take care of our business.

Today we've heard from clients about the qualities and skillets that will define our future leaders. Each promotion from within starts with client recognition such as we've witnessed here today.
