"His lips drink water but his heart drinks wine” ― E.E. Cummings

Tagging along to scout President's Club accommodations in Napa Valley last week with Mrs. Weiner. Stephanie's company, Experience Napa, is renowned as the the most informed and inspired resource for visitors to “the Valley.” With abundant passion and a highly personal touch, Stephanie procures the most carefully considered and uniquely custom-created getaways, each detail in place and extraordinary elements of surprise. Good Morning Folks,

I hope everyone had an awesome weekend and was able to spend a bit of time relaxing and clearing your mind so you are fresh and ready for another awesome week at FSO.

Can I tell you how great it was to take a long weekend off and spend it in my favorite place Napa Valley? Not to mention the great wines I tasted and sent home.

Napa offers lots to do and has a lot to be proud of. In addition to truly beautiful scenery, this small area of Northern California boasts some of the world’s best wine and food. The combination of excellent soil and weather conditions makes fertile ground for olives, nuts, fruit, and of course wine, including all the French varietals and the region’s prized grape, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Despite how many times I've been there and how much I thought I knew about Napa, last week I discovered so much great wine, food, natural beauty, and more.

Few venues not only leave you so rested and relaxed, but also in awe of the friendly hospitable people and their can-do spirit that attends to your every need, makes you feel welcome and special as if you are their only guest. It's because your pleasure is truly their passion. It's the same high standard for service our FSO Rockstars set for ourselves, and you. Rockstars who treat the company as if it were theirs.

Rockstars who find ways to proactively improve systems, creating positive change even when not yet asked for it. Rockstars who see and create their perfect future, and also bring others along. Rockstars who exude positive energy even in stressful times and share it around, making for a happier office.

The main themes I takeaway from Napa from a business perspective are innovation, making a personal connection, embracing your culture, and learning drives top business performers and company profitability. All through the power of HOSPITALITY!

Culture is so important - and, as a manager, it is critical that we ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same common goal and purpose; truly show that we CARE about our employees and clients!

We spend more than half our lives at work (isn't that a crazy thought!) so why not make it FUN? The Happiest place to Work!

That in mind, it is hard to believe we are concluding the first four months of the year. And lots of great "stuff" lol has transpired this year. As I worked cross country and now this morning I just cannot stop thinking about all the amazingly opportunity that exists for us out there. I have been and always will be the most positive. Inspiring and motivating support factor our sales engine and all those who support the journey each and every day

So whether Napa, Disney, FSO or your organization… remember YOU can make a difference every single day in every single interaction you a have...you just have to make the decision to do so!

Love your people. Love your clients. Thank someone for doing a great job or for just being who they are. Catch someone doing something good and tell them you noticed. Give a stranger a smile...it really is the little things that make a world of difference.

Have an awesome week - I look forward to seeing many of you Thursday evening at our MIT program.

Love Life!

BIG NEWS: 200 New Jobs Created & Filled; Los Angeles, Houston, Miami & New York Expansion & Major Promotions and Executive Appointments to Accelerate Growth and Success

"We have awesome leaders; awesome people; and a market with competitors that just cannot keep up! Together as a team we will make FSO the brand of choice ACROSS THE NATION."

Good Morning Folks,

Did you know that since we kicked off the New Year we’ve:
Grown by 200 NEW Employees
EXPANDED our operations in Los Angeles, Houston, Miami & New York!!
& PROMOTED several employees to support our budding infrastructure

Bravo to you all! Most companies that experience the success that we did in 2013 would take a back seat and simply rest on their laurels…not FSO! Now is the time for us to capitalize on our success and build a national machine. As I like to say, I’m seeing 2020 clearly and we are deep in to planning for what we know will be even more growth.

==> Pat Mustico Named Vice President, National Sales is Pat Mustico
Joining our family as Vice President, National Sales is Pat Mustico. Yes, you read it correctly…I’ve hired a VP of National Sales!! A true sales person at heart, this is HUGE move for me and one that has been in the works for quite some time. On a very serious note, it’s more important than ever for me to get out of the day-to-days weeds and focused on the strategic needs of our company. I’m confident that with this new structure in place, I will able to do just that.

A great leader who has the passion and desire to (re)IMAGINE and (re)DEFINE an entire market, Pat brings to FSO an intimate knowledge of our business. In fact, like so many others Pat worked for me while building and growing the outsourcing business at Archer. Today he has “come home” to be part of an organization that is setting the bar and breaking industry records.

After spending time away working on his Doctorate Degree and most recently as Region Vice President, North America for Huthwaite, Dr. Mustico holds a Ph.D. in Organization & Management (Leadership), a Master of Public Administration and a B.S. in Public Administration.

Pat will be based out of our DC office and through continued training, side-by-side travel with our (re)IMAGINE Team, process, strategy to win and teamwork, Pat will be charged with propelling our national expansion plans. This includes but is not limited to uncovering new business opportunities, growing, managing and expanding our brand while his team adds over 60 new logos in 2014.

Certainly no small task, Pat promises to be an integral part of our company’s sustainability through our growth. With his unique background as an Infantry Officer, Sales Leader and Consultant, I am confident Pat has the leadership skills, implementation focus, strategic level thinking and the charisma to “make it all happen” as our Vice President, National Sales :)

On a personal note, Pat lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife (Michelle), three children (Hayden, Tyler & Alexandra) and their two dogs. In his spare time, Pat enjoys fishing, traveling and community service work.

==> Debra Gerard has joined our organization as Central Regional Director of Operations
Reporting directly to me, Debra will be responsible for 14+ FSO locations that span over seven states. In addition to delivering operational excellence and concierge, white-glove service, Debra will be responsible for client growth, while ensuring we are developing our FLP across the Central United States.

Debra currently resides in New York, but is so excited to be relocating to Chicago, a city she has always loved. With extensive experience in sales, operations and multi-unit management, Debra combines extensive corporate experience with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, along with 20 years of success in franchising.  She owned and operated eight “triple A rated” McDonald’s Restaurants in the New York area where she managed a staff of over 300, with the majority of her managers coming up from within the organization.
Debra was also a Regional Developer of a start up Spa Franchise, which grew from 4 locations to over 55 during her tenure.

To ensure Debra is met with immediate success, she is hitting the ground running! Her first two weeks will encompass company orientation and intense FSO immersion focused on NY area operations and several site tours. This is all business and will no doubt help her grow. After all, her role in the Central Region is targeted for tremendous, GALACTIC GROWTH!

Debra’s core business philosophies are very aligned with our Personal, Passionate, Productive culture, making her the perfect candidate for this position.

Thank you again for your amazing energy and support that is fuelling the FSO fire across the country!!

Together as a team our business development professionals will ultimately make FSO the brand of choice across the country. We have awesome leaders; awesome people; and a market that is in love with us and competitors that just cannot keep up! I have huge aspirations for all of you and FSO.  I want you all to be inspired in your roles and go for it!

ROCK IT & MAKE THINGS HAPPEN.

Good luck and feel it folks. It is real.
