"I can't tell you how grateful I am for the Service Center today. We have a hugely important annual client meeting next week for Conventional Multifamily. We provide a spiral bound book of bios to the attendees (about 90 pages). Our drop deadline to ship is today and the book wasn't finalized until late yesterday afternoon.Today Harun noticed the machine was not accurately reproducing the copies so he and Charles went into action to contact the Xerox customer service (who ultimately never got back to them) and to figure out a work around - which they did. The spiral bound books were delivered on time, in perfect condition. Honestly, they really went over and above to get this done for us. To send it to Staples or Kinkos would have cost over $1,100.00.
