New York, June 20, 2016 – FSO Onsite Outsourcing, part of the Forrest Solutions Group, starts the summer off in style with the signing of major new accounts across diverse verticals, the hiring of exceptional talent, and a sleek new website. 

FSO is proud to announce the signing of several important accounts, highlighting their ability to provide a range of quality services to companies from various sectors:

FSO Technology Solutions - One of the world’s pre-eminent luxury brands has signed a contract with FSO Technology Solutions to help maintain meticulous attention to detail as they move into New York’s most prestigious address. 

FSO Security Solutions - An e-commerce giant has contracted FSO Security Management, LLC, licensed by the New York Department of State Division of Licensing Services, to provide Security Solutions at their company headquarters. This company boasts $2.39B in sales, with nearly 2 million sellers trading 35 million items. 

FSO Hospitality Solutions - A Fortune 500 commercial real estate leader has expanded their contract with FSO Hospitality Solutions to include nation-wide cities. The firm boasts 53,000 employees in 230 offices across 8 countries. 

FSO Mail and Copy Solutions - An international banking leader with strong liquidity and capital ratios has contracted FSO Mail and Copy Services. FSO is proud to provide services to this company, which is ranked by Crain’s New York Business as one of the largest commercial banks in the New York area. 

FSO has hired a significant number of new employees to support their expansion as they begin providing service to new accounts. Commenting on the company’s growth and success, CEO Mitch Weiner remarks, “We have recently made significant investments to ensure a strong infrastructure by hiring strong team players with exceptional talent and an ALL HANDS IN approach. Our ability to leverage proven best practices and expertise is strengthened by the addition of these talented individuals.” 

Lastly, FSO has released a new website that features a clean, modern design, and is compatible with mobile devices. The website features an “About FSO” page, defining the company’s history and highlighting the exceptional leadership team. It also showcases an interview with CEO Mitch Weiner which discusses the benefits of outsourcing, and explains the company values that support business functions. FSO Chicago Goes To The Ballgame

It is said, "The way your employees feel is the way your customers will feel. And if your employees don't feel valued, neither will your customers." We believe in putting employees front and center with power and imagination — to fire enthusiasm, build company loyalty, encourage creative thinking and teamwork and create long-lasting memories.

As an example, our Vice President of Sales, Ron Kelly, hosted a team outing on the rooftops in Wrigleyville with a few of our Chicago top performers. It was a great opportunity for folks who are in the business of delivering hospitality to witness VIP hospitality from a customer's shoes. They picked up many tips and ideas to take back to the sites. What's more, the Cubs won!

I recently attended an awards gala to accept SmartCEO’s 2016 Future 50 award on behalf of FSO. This prestigious event was held at Capitale in New York City, and had more than 550 executives in attendance. The companies honored by SmartCEO were chosen based on achievements in revenue and growth, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit that is essential for leadership and success. The Future 50 award is a reflection of FSO’s strength and success, and I am very proud to be among those honored.

Following the ceremony, I sat down with SmartCEO for an interview to discuss how FSO is (re)IMAGINING the future of business and how it impacts results. Have a look at a brief video:

Putting Fun Into Work— All For A Great Cause

FSO employees come together to celebrate National Cheese Day!

Good Morning Folks,

It is said, "The way your employees feel is the way your customers will feel. And if your employees don't feel valued, neither will your customers." At FSO, we are providing great new programs and initiatives for YOU, our employees.

We had a great time celebrating National Pizza Day at HQ last week! In April we celebrated both National Beer Day and National Grilled Cheese Day! As you can see, we had quite the celebration here at FSG HQ. The café was set up with Grilled Cheese toasters and assorted CHEESE!!! We had an amazing turn out packed with directors, managers, and employees from the field. It was a blast, everyone loved it.

FSO employees "loafing" around in four easy steps: 

1) Choose slices from the Rye, Wheat or White loaves, 2) Choose a cheese 

3) Melt in the sandwich press 4) Repeat for someone less fortunate

.

Best of all, we turned this national celebration into an act of philanthropy! We packed a take-out bag and took to the street to give the leftover grilled cheese to the homeless of NYC.

I really enjoy these events where we can bring our staff together, it’s always a great time. Thank you Chelsea and People Solutions for your support in making FSG a great company. I personally enjoyed being in the café connecting with everyone.
