"Over the last two weeks, we had multiple clients visiting at the same time (Standard Life, Amex, Capital one), over 60 new people join us, an ATP class in progress and multiple internal meetings to kick off the new year. One of the more bizarre happenings was the ATP class led by Fiona, Casey, Yanna, Maryanne, Esther, Ozzy, Jenna and Nini singing (yes singing) to the Standard life client in response to a challenge. "

I think its great! It says a lot about our culture that the no one thought it unusual … we clearly have some crazies working for us. We had no clue the video would have reached the CEO's desk.  Great times!

Last night concluded our award ceremony for 2014.. but we cannot ever forget it.. the video will be coming out.. more pictures on their way with specifics of who won what… and hugs will never stop. 

I have a busy day but wanted to share a few photos so you can embrace the spirit of the evening. 

I am so proud of you.. certainly for the out of state folks you might not have seen, but I was choked up and tearing many times during the awards.. the winners speeches and the words spoken about our growth, our care and simply how people feel was, well hard to say.. just amazing…. Stephie kept giving me tissues.. 

CONGRATULATIONS to the WINNERS.. both the staff, the sites and HQ.

Everyone at FSO is a winner, and as I stated in my opening speech and when I gave my bow to all of you.. I could never do it without you.. we are family.. we are one FSO, and we are here to help one another.

This past week my family, along with many others, celebrated Thanksgiving. I reflected on how blessed we are.

Onsite Outsourcing is a challenging field, but it is also one of the most fulfilling careers a person could ever pursue. You have the chance to interact with humans everyday, and you never know how your interaction may deeply impact them.

'I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how great I think our current mailroom and security staff are. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.  Especially in security! Every day I walk through and it is like a breath of fresh air. They say good morning and wish you a good night and always have a smile.  It also hear less chitter chatter from guests about getting through security when they are not in the system. There are less long lines and disgruntled people than there were in the past. Joe has also been great and very helpful too. Thank you!"

"I’m a resident of the Monaco building and wanted to give you feedback on the entrance lobby employees. Last Saturday when my wife was in hospital it was great to be able to count on Mark - we needed a favor, for him to go and pick something urgently from our apartment and he assisted us immediately. He is also always very courteous when dealing with us. Also, we leave our keys every morning with Mike for our nanny to pick up and again, he is very courteous and always in a pleasant mood. All in all, the guys are all great and we appreciate all of their hard work."

"As you know, Sam has some administrative duties assigned to her job function as Liquidnet's receptionist. Sam preapproves invoices and assigns the charges to the correct cost center before they ever come across my desk. Recently there was  a FedEx charge that we could not identify either the shipper or recipient. Sam immediately flagged it and brought it to my attention. I can say without a doubt she is tenacious in her work. Sam kept digging and digging, even calling the shipping company for clues as to what this charge was for to help her determine who might have shipped the item. Sam put it all together and reached out to our Marketing Department and it was indeed a shipper they used but LN has been billed in error. Although only a small amount, Sam stuck with it to get Liquidnet the credit for the charge. It is a pleasure to have her working here.  I know that she always has Liquidnet's best interest at the forefront of everything she does. Please share this with the folks back at FSO. Sam should be recognized for her efforts!!"
